I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The huge balcony with a lovely view was a major highlight, but the old furniture took away some of the charm. The service was top-notch, especially from the receptionist who went above and beyond to assist us. The location, right along the banks of the magnificent Rhein River, offered stunning views, but the noise from passing trains was a downside. The dining experience with homemade pastry was a delightful treat. Although the facilities were well-kept, the outdated furniture in the rooms was a bit of a letdown.
